We are here to give you the ultimate fitness challenges, pushing you all the way so you get the best results, but we do encourage you to relax and let your body & mind repair. Take advantage of our yoga sessions, swimming pool, jacuzzi & chill out areas.

Guests who stay at The Fit Retreat may not be at the same fitness levels, but because we only have small groups we make sure that everyone gets pushed to their maximum capabilities and the Yoga sessions are designed for all levels too.

You are in the hands of experienced instructors, so relax and enjoy.

At The Fit Retreat we pride ourselves on being affordable and personalised. The Fit Retreat trainers/instructors describe themselves as  'normal’ fitness enthusiasts and not 'fitness robots'. We are not a boot camp, we are a Wellbeing Retreat. Although you will be challenged 100% we do not believe in overtraining or under eating .

We like our guests to experience tough workouts and hikes, but also letting their bodies recover with yoga, and YOU time.
